Abstract:
Avtor obravnava družbene vidike trajnostnosti z zornega kota vsebine in postopka priprave prostorskih aktov za občine v Sloveniji. Osrednjo pozornost namenja: (1) vsebinskim prostorsko načrtovalskim vzvodom za ohranjanje in razvoj vrednot pravičnosti, enakosti, blaginje, socialne vključenosti, zdravja ljudi; (2) uresničevanju načel odprtosti, sodelovanja, soodločanja in demokratičnosti v postopkih priprave prostorskih aktov; (3) strokovni dodelanosti in koherentnosti prostorskih aktov. Na podlagi predstavljenih razkorakov med deklariranim in zaželjenim ter praktično udejanjenim avtor podaja predloge za zmanjšanje oziroma odpravo teh razkorakov.
