Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava tematiko prometne varnosti na primeru poglobljene prometno-varnostne analize lokacije mesta nastanka prometnih nesreč s smrtnim izidom ali hudimi telesnimi poškodbami. Opisane so evropska pravna podlaga in tuji smernici, angleška in finska, za analizo prometnih nesreč. Predstavljen je predlog analize za slovensko okolje. Analiza opredeljuje strokovnjake, njihove naloge in dejavnike vpliva prometnih nesreč ter podaja predloge za izboljšanje nivoja prometne varnosti. Analiza je izdelana za primer prometne nesreče s smrtnim izidom v kraju Hoče.

Title:In-Depht traffic and safety analysis of the location of traffic accidents with fatality or serious injuries
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the topic of traffic safety in the case of in-depth traffic safety analysis of the location of traffic accidents with fatalities or serious injuries. For the analysis of traffic accidents is described the European legal basis and two foreign guidelines, English and Finnish. An analysis proposal for the Slovenian environment is presented. The analysis defines experts, their tasks, factors affecting traffic accidents and most importantly, presents proposals for improving the level of traffic safety. The analysis was made in the case of a fatal traffic accident in town Hoče.
