Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji na raziskovanju mobilnih aplikacij za pomoč ljudem v sili, zato smo temu prilagodili več poglavjih, kjer smo opisali tiste vsebine, ki so ozko vezane za temo diplomskega dela. V prvem poglavju je uvod, kjer smo opisali problematiko področja, namen, cilje, hipoteze in metode. V drugem poglavju smo opisali osnovne pojme, ki se tičejo teme diplomskega dela, to so: informacijska in komunikacijska tehnologija, mobilne naprave, mobilne aplikacije in mobilne aplikacije za pomoč ljudem v sili. Tretje poglavje je namenjeno raziskavi, kjer smo predstavili rezultate raziskave in preverjali zastavljene hipoteze. V prilogi diplomskega dela je anketa s katero smo izprašali 206 udeležencev. V petem poglavju sledi zaključna razprava. Namen diplomskega dela je bil seznanjanje z uporabo in delovanjem mobilnih aplikacij na mobilnih napravah. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti ozaveščenost ljudi o obravnavanih aplikacijah. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili metodo deskripcije, kompilacije in komparativno metodo. V empiričnem delu pa je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja, kjer smo podatke kvantitativno obdelali in jih prikazali v obliki tabel. Pri ocenjevalnih lestvicah so bile izračunane srednje vrednosti (povprečje, mediana in modus). Iz raziskave smo ugotovili, da mobilne naprave z aplikacijami za zagotavljanje pomoči, omogočajo ustrezno raven sporočanja uporabnikom, ki se znajdejo v situaciji sile. Ravno tako smo ugotovili tudi, da je kljub velikemu porastu rabe mobilnih naprav, poznavanje varnostnih rešitev in raba mobilnih naprav, kot pripomoček ljudem v sili, v populaciji slabo poznana. Glede na nizek delež anketirancev, ki poznajo in /ali uporabljajo mobilne aplikacije za pomoč v sili, izhaja, da je še vedno zelo slabo poskrbljeno za ozaveščenost ljudi o takšnih aplikacijah.

Title:Mobile device: a means to help people in an emergency
Abstract:The diploma thesis is based on the research of mobile applications for helping people in emergency, so we have adjusted this to several chapters where we have described those topics that are closely related to the topic of the diploma thesis. The first chapter is an introduction where we have described the issue of the field, purpose, goals, hypotheses and methods. In the second chapter, we described the basic concepts related to the topics of graduation work, namely: information and communication technology, mobile devices, mobile applications and mobile application for helping people in emergency. The third chapter is intended for the research, where we presented the results of the research and checked the hypotheses. In addition to the diploma thesis, a questionnaire with which we questioned 206 participants. Chapter 5 is followed by a final debate. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to acquaint with the use and operation of mobile applications on mobile devices. The diploma thesis was to determine the awareness of people about the applications under consideration. In the theoretical part we used the method of description, compilation and comparative method. In the empirical part, the survey method was used, where we quantitatively processed the data and presented them in the form of tables. Average scores (average, median and modus) were calculated for the assessment scales. From the research, we found that mobile devices with helpdesk applications provide an appropriate level of communication to users who find themselves in a situation of force. We also found out that, despite the large increase in the use of mobile devices, the knowledge of security solutions and the use of mobile devices, as a device to people in emergency, are poorly known in the population. Given the low proportion of respondents who know and / or use mobile emergency applications, it is still clear that there is still very little awareness of people about such applications.
