Abstract:
Televizijski programi, serije in spletna socialna omrežja so s tem jezikom dosegli globalno občinstvo.

Title:
The importance of english literature in media and media communication studies
Abstract:
The use of English has increased dramatically in the world in recent years, and English language has become a symbol of globalization. Television programs and series, as well as online social media have all managed to reach a global audience through this language. British music was the key in effectively bringing the English language to such a large number of people in a short amount of time. This work presents the importance of English language for students of media communications. With the help of our investigation based on surveys, questionnaires and detailed online research, we came to the conclusion that the knowledge of English language is important for Media communication students as well as graduates. The Mladinska knjiga bookshop in Maribor offers everything on this topic available on the Slovenian market.
