Abstract:Magistrska naloga opisuje izdelavo HiL (ang. Hardware-in-the-loop) sistema za testiranje vodenja izmeničnih motorjev. HiL (slo. strojna oprema v zanki) je tehnika, ki se uporablja pri razvoju in testiranju kompleksnih vgrajenih sistemov v realnem času. Pri HiL sistemu ni potrebna dejanska strojna oprema, oz. prototip, ampak le-tega nadomestimo z emulatorjem. Za namen magistrske naloge sta bila uporabljena dva mikrokrmilnika. En mikrokrmilnik je bil HiL simulator (emulator PMSM električnega pogona), drugi pa je bil preizkušani sistem, na katerem je bilo izvedeno vodenje motorja. Programiranje mikrokrmilnikov je potekalo v programskem okolju Matlab/Simulink, uporabljena mikrokrmilnika pa sta bila TMS320F28377S podjetja Texas Instruments. Načrt tiskanega vezja je bil izdelan v programskem okolju Altium Designer.

Title:HiL system for testing ac motor control
Abstract:The thesis describes the development of the Hardware-in-the-loop system for testing of AC motor control. HiL is a technique used in the development and testing of complex embedded systems in real time. HiL system does not require actual hardware or prototype, which can be replaced with an emulator. For the purpose of this thesis, two microcontrollers were used. One microcontroller was a HiL simulator (emulator of a PMSM electric drive), and the second was a system under test, where motor control was programmed. The programming of microcontrollers was done in Matlab/Simulink, and the used microcontrollers were TMS320F28377S by Texas Instruments. The design of the PCB was made in Altium Designer.
