Abstract:
Magistrsko delo govori o načrtovanju, razvoju in izdelavi avtonomnega aktivnega bremena. Aktivno breme je namenjeno testiranju napetostnih izvorov, zlasti litij-ionskih baterij standardnih velikosti 18650, ter tudi drugim baterijskim sistemom in paketom preko dodanih priključkov. Za pravilno delovanje skrbi implementirani mikrokrmilnik, ki omogoča tudi zajemanje merilnih podatkov našega sistema. V magistrskem delu so predstavljeni postopki načrtovanja sistema, načrtovanja tiskanega vezja (PCB) ter programiranja vseh potrebnih segmentov za avtonomno delovanje na končnem fizičnem modelu. Na koncu smo delovanje avtonomnega sistema preizkusili na fizičnem modelu, zajeli podatke delovanja, jih predstavili in ovrednotili.

Title:
Autonomous active load for battery testing
Abstract:
The master's thesis is about designing, development and manufacturing of an active load system. The active load system is meant for testing of power sources and especially Lithium-ion cells of standard dimensions 18650 as also other battery systems and packages with help of the added connectors. The implemented microcontroller is used to maintain the correct working of the system and for acquisition of measurement data. This master's thesis presents the process of designing of the system, designing of the printed circuit board (PCB) and programming of all necessary segments that are needed for autonomously operation of the final physical system of active load. Finally, we tested the autonomously operation on the physical system, captured working data, visual presented and also evaluated them.
