Title:Organizacijska klima v preučevanem logističnem podjetju

Abstract:Na uspešnost podjetij v veliki meri vplivajo zaposleni, zato je zelo pomembno, da so le-ti zadovoljni pri delu, saj so tako veliko bolj učinkoviti. Da pa bodo zaposleni zadovoljni pri delu, morajo imeti podjetja dobro zasnovano organizacijsko klimo. Organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo pri delu smo preučevali v logističnem podjetju, ki je želelo ostati neimenovano. Ker je podjetje veliko in razpršeno po celotni Sloveniji, smo zajeli samo območje Ljubljane, kjer je 550 zaposlenih. V podjetju smo razdelili 80 anketnih vprašalnikov, kar predstavlja 14,55 % zaposlenih in na podlagi 64 vrnjenih, kar predstavlja 11,64 % zaposlenih, analizirali podatke ter tako preučili organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo pri delu. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili organizacijsko klimo in njene dimenzije ter zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. Sledi poglavje Metoda, kjer smo opisali uporabljene metode magistrskega dela. V poglavju Analiza in interpretacija smo analizirali rezultate organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva pri delu ter napisali njihove ugotovitve. Prav tako smo preverili tri postavljene teze. Delo smo zaključili s predlogi in priporočili za izboljšanje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva pri delu.

Title:Organizational climate in logistics company
Abstract:Employees have a great impact on company's success so it is of vital importance that they are satisfied with work and as such more efficient. In order to provide their satisfaction, companies need well-designed organizational climate. Organizational climate and satisfaction with work were studied in a logistic company which wanted to remain unnamed. Since the company is enormous and spread all around Slovenia, only the area of Ljubljana with 550 employees were included in the research. 80 questionnaires were delivered in the company, presenting 14.55% of all employees. 64 questionnaires (11.64%), which were returned, were used to analyse data and study organizational climate and satistaction with work. The theoretical part introduces organizational climate, its dimensions and employees' satisfaction with work. The next chapter Method presents the methods used in the master's thesis. The chapter Analysis and interpretation deals with organizational climate and satisfaction with work results and their findings. Three hypotheses were tested. The thesis finishes with suggestions and recommendations for improvement of organizational climate and satisfaction with work.
