Title:Izdelava letnega plana vzdrževanja na primeru stroja za tlačno litje aluminijeve zlitine

Abstract:Planiranje vzdrževanja je ključno za podjetja, ki želijo imeti čim manj zastojev in stroškov zaradi le teh. S primernim vzdrževanjem lahko zmanjšujemo prekinitve v proizvodnji in s tem povečujemo obseg proizvodnje. Namen diplomskega dela je bil izbrati primerno vzdrževanje na stroju za tlačno litje aluminijeve zlitine. Namreč, zavedati se moramo, da je lahko izbira primerne strategije vzdrževanja ključnega pomena za obvladovanje življenjskega cikla fizičnega sredstva. Prav tako pa je pomembno, da se vsa vzdrževalna dela izvedejo pravočasno, po vnaprej določenem planu. Dobro vzdrževanje je namreč orodje, ki omogoča vodstvu podjetja, da uresničijo svoje cilje o zmanjševanju stroškov in doseganje poslovnih ciljev organizacije. Za potrebe diplomskega dela smo izvedli študijo primera v podjetju Alfa. V okviru analize obstoječega stanja je predstavljeno trenutno stanje funkcije vzdrževanja na primeru stroja za tlačno litje aluminijeve zlitine. V diplomsko delo obsega tudi predstavitev predlaganih rešitev za ugotovljene pomankljivosti na področju vzdrževanja. S pomočjo analize obstoječega stanja smo ugotovili, da se na primeru obravnavanega stroja v podjetju poslužujejo tako preventivnega, kakor tudi kurativnega vzdrževanja, pri čemer omenjena vzdrževalna dela ne izvajajo po vnaprej določenem planu. Nadalje, smo pri analizi ugotovili tudi, da ima podjetje nepopolno označena mazivna mesta, pomanjkljivo dokumentacijo na področju vodenja evidenc okvar ter pomanjkljiv sistem naročanja in skladiščenja rezervnih delov. V okviru diplomskega dela smo izdelali letni plan vzdrževanja za potrebe stroja za tlačno litje aluminijeve zlitine. Podani so tudi napotki za izdelavo le tega in z njim povezane dokumentacije.

Title:The annual maintenance plan for the aluminium die casting machine
Abstract:Maintenance planning is essential for companies aiming to reduce costs and unplanned stoppages. Implementing proper maintenance strategy can lead to reducing interruptions in production and consequently achieving higher production output. The purpose of presented diploma thesis was to develoip maintenance plan for die casting machine. We have to be aware that proper maintenance strategy can effects the life cycle of the machine. It is also very important that the maintenance tasks are carried out on time, according to a predetermined plan. Maintenance is the tool which enables the companie’s management to realize the goals about cost reduction and achieving business goals of the organization. For the needs of the diploma thesis, we conducted a case study in company Alfa. In the context of an analysis of the existing situation, the status of the maintenance function regarding the die casting machine with alumni alloy is presented. Diploma thesis also consists of presenting the proposed based on case study analysis. The results of analysis show that company is using preventive and curative maintenance strategy. However, maintenance work is not carried out according to a predetermined plan. Findings also showed that the company has incomplete marking tables for lubrication and have no documentation about evidence of failure and have an inefficient spare part management system. As such, we prepared an annual maintenance plan for die casting machine with alumni alloy and suggest instructions for it and its necessary documents as well.
