Abstract:Problem selektivnega laserskega sintranja, je degradacija okoliškega prahu, kateri se dogaja pri izdelavi ob povečani temperaturi. Zaradi degradacije se lahko pri novi izdelavi meša samo v omejen razmerju (50 – 70 %) z novim prahom, če želimo doseči konstanto kakovost izdelkov. Ker se selektivno lasersko sintranje običajno uporablja za posamično izdelavo kompleksnih modelov, prototipov in manjših serij plastičnih izdelkov, je le redko delovni prostor stroja med izdelavo več kot 30 % zapolnjen z volumnom dejanskih izdelkov. Zaradi tega neuporabljen degradiran prah ostaja pri ponovnih zagonih stroja in ga pri običajni uporabi stroja za SLS ni mogoče v celoti porabiti. Povečanje zasedenosti delovnega prostora z volumnom serijskih kosov bo povečal povprečen čas izdelave izdelka v posamičnem zagonu. To povečanje časa se bo pri raziskovalnem delu ovrednotilo in s tem določilo smernice za določanje cene serijskega kosa.

Title:Increasing the efficiency of powder in the selective laser sintering
Abstract:The problem of selective laser sintering is the degradation of the surrounding powder that occurs during production at an elevated temperature. Due to degradation, it should be mixed only in a limited proportion (50 - 70%) with a new powder in the next machine run in order to achieve constant quality of products. Since selective laser sintering is usually used for the individual production of complex models, prototypes and smaller batches of plastic products, the machine's working space during production is rarely more than 30% filled with the volume of actual products. As a result, unused degraded powder remains with the machine's re-starting and can´t be fully used in normal use of the SLS machine. Increasing the occupancy of the workspace with the volume of serial parts will increase the average production time of the product in a single run. This increase in time will be evaluated in the research work, thereby setting out the guidelines for determining the price of the serial part.
