Abstract:V času hitrega tehnološkega napredka se organizacije srečujejo s hitrim razvojem, pri čemer so primorane za ohranitev konkurenčnosti razvijati in nadgrajevati svoje izdelke in storitve. Da so pri tem uspešne, je pomemben kader, le-ta zajema tako vodstvo v organizaciji, ki odloča o delovanju in poslovanju, kot tudi kakovosten delovni kader. V samem magistrskem delu tako opredeljujemo upravljanje človeških virov, ki so ključnega pomena pri izbiri in upravljanju delovne sile. Glede na hiter tehnološki razvoj je organizacija odvisna od programskih in informacijskih rešitev, ki vplivajo na njeno delovanje in poslovanje. V današnjem času kadrovske službe in vodstva organizacij uporabljajo iskanje in izbiro, pa tudi upravljanje kadra s pomočjo informacijskih tehnologij, zaradi česar smo v magistrskem delu podrobneje predstavili področje elektronskega upravljanja s človeškimi viri. Glede na specifiko področja tako zajamemo in predstavimo posamezne funkcionalnosti, ki jih prinašajo informacijski sistemi za elektronsko upravljanje s človeškimi viri. Za lažje razumevanje so predstavljene funkcionalnosti posameznih segmentov elektronskega upravljanja s človeškimi viri. Glavni cilj magistrske naloge je tako predstavitev elektronskega upravljanja s človeškimi viri in analiza s primerjavo nekaterih večjih globalnih ponudnikov informacijskih rešitev za upravljanje s človeškimi viri, pri čemer so zajete in preverjene njihove glavne zmogljivosti, značilnosti in ponudba, ki omogoča podporo pri iskanju in upravljanju kadrov v organizaciji.

Title:Comparative analysis of e-hrm solutions
Abstract:In the time of fast technological advances companies face fast development, while they are forced to develop and upgrade their products and services in order to remain competitive. To be successful at that it is important to have good personnel, which includes both the organisation's management that decides on operation and business, as well as a quality workforce. In the master's thesis, we define the management of human resources, which are of key importance in the selection and management of the workforce. Given the rapid technological development, the organization is dependent on software and information solutions that affect its operations and business. Nowadays, the human resources and management in organizations use search and selection, as well as human resource management with the help of information technologies, which is why in the master's thesis we presented the field of electronic human resource management in greater detail. With regard to the specifics of the field, we include and present the individual functionalities of information systems for electronic human resource management. To provide better understanding, we presented the functionalities of individual segments of electronic human resource management. The main objective of the master's thesis is to present the electronic human resource management and comparatively analyse some of the major global providers of information solutions for human resource management. We included and reviewed their main capabilities, features, and offers that support finding and managing personnel in the organization.
