Abstract:Z naraščajočim deležem proizvodnje električne energije z uporabo vetrne energije se povečuje tudi število raziskav, nadgradenj in optimizacij tehnologije. Eno izmed ključnih omejitev pri smiselnosti postavitve VE (vetrne elektrarne) in pri samem obratovanju le-teh predstavljajo primerni vetrni pogoji, kjer nemalokrat pride do velikih hitrosti in je zaradi varnosti in zaščite pred obremenitvijo treba sistem zaustaviti. Z idejno rešitvijo lahko nadgradimo lopatice VE z razbremenilnimi loputami, zaradi katerih zmanjšamo upor vetra in podaljšamo čas delovanja, s tem pa tudi zvišamo količino proizvedene električne energije. Trend postavitev novih sistemov bo v naslednjih dvajsetih letih še naraščal, zato se lahko nadgradnja po nadaljnjih uspešnih raziskavah s pridom uporabi pri večjih VE.

Title:Wind turbine blade concept
Abstract:With increased electrical power production using wind energy, the number of researches, upgrades and optimizations are growing rapidly. One of the key limits in deciding if the wind turbine installation is reasonable or not, are wind conditions. There are many cases, where winds are too strong, therefore, already installed wind turbines must cut out speed or shut down to avoid structural damage or failure, due to strong aerodynamic forces. With the concept of relieve flaps on turbine blades, we can lower the aerodynamic load, prolong the operating time and increase the effectiveness in means of produced electricity. Future trends predict more installations of wind turbines in the next twenty years. After additional research and development, we could install our new blade in larger wind energy turbines with great benefits.
