Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je opisan difuzni peritonitis po perforaciji slepiča. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti mehanizem nastanka difuznega peritonitisa po perforaciji slepiča, predstaviti zaplete difuznega peritonitisa ter opredeliti vlogo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi septičnega pacienta. Pri snovanju diplomske naloge smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Na podlagi strokovne literature smo v strukturni obliki smo prikazali najnovejša spoznanja. Predstavili smo diagnostiko in težave pri postavljanju diagnoze akutnega vnetja slepiča, nastanek in zdravljenje difuznega peritonitisa po perforaciji slepiča, nastanek in zdravljenje zapletov difuznega peritonitisa ter vlogo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi septičnega pacienta.

Title:
Diffuse peritonitis after perforation of the appendix
Abstract:
Thesis describes diffuse peritonitis after the perforation of the appendix. Purpose of thesis was to study the mechanism of diffuse peritonitis development after the perforation of the appendix, present diffuse peritonitis complications and specify role of the nurse in septic patient medical treatment. For the basis of the thesis we used the descriptive method. We presented newest findings found from the scientific literature in the structural form. We presented diagnosis and problems occurring in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis, emergence and treatment of diffuse peritonitis after the perforation of the appendix, emergence and treatment of diffuse peritonitis complications and the role of nurse in the treatment of septic patient.
