Abstract:litij-ionske baterije, zaporni pretvornik, balansiranje, digitalni signalni krmilnik
Keywords:Litij-ionske baterije uspešno nadomeščajo ostale tipe baterij. Nadzorno funkcijo in regulacijo sistema izvedemo s pomočjo digitalnega signalnega krmilnika TMS320F28335, ki ga blokovno programiramo v orodju MATLAB/Simulink. Na koncu predstavimo rezultate simulacij in fizičnega sistema.

Title:Active BMS system for Li-ion batteries
Abstract:Lithium-ion cells are effectively replacing all other battery chemistries. They are especially useful as battery packs, but as the cell count increases, so does the fault probability. Therefore, it is recommended to use special electronic circuitry, which monitors cell state, known as battery management system (BMS). Our goal is to create a prototype BMS system. Firstly, we simulate the system in simulation tool MATLAB/Simulink and decide to physically recreate it. Secondly, we choose appropriate components, draw electronic circuit and test run our system. Control and regulation is done via digital signal controller, programmed in simulation tool MATLAB/Simulink. Lastly, we present the results of simulation and real-world application.
Keywords:lithium-ion batteries, flyback converter, cell balancing, digital signal controller
