Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je prikazan postopek snovanja orodja za tlačno litje. Predstavljeno je določanje parametrov in preračuni za polnitev puše ter širino odzračevalnih kanalov. Model orodja se izdeluje v programu Creo 2.0. Predstavljene so tudi simulacije dveh različic stiska v programu MAGMASOFT, s pomočjo katerih so bile predhodno videne težave pri zalitosti odlitka. Te so bile po prikazu simulacij in na podlagi izkušenj konstrukterjev odpravljene, tako da so po fizični izdelavi orodja pri litju dobili odlitke v skladu s kupčevimi zahtevami.

Title:
Die casting tool design
Abstract:
This diploma thesis shows the procedure of making tools for die casting. It presents setting of parameters, calculations for shot sleeve filling and for the width of the ventilation sealing section. The tool model is made in Creo 2.0. The thesis also presents the simulations of two different casts in MAGMASOFT, which previously helped uncover problems with cast roundness. These problems were dealt with after the display of simulations and on the basis of experienced constructors, so that the buyers got what they requested when the tools were physically made.
