Abstract:V zaključnem delu je predstavljen primer nadgradnje informacijskega sistema za analizo proizvodnih procesov orodjarne v podjetju Marovt, d. o. o. Za uspešno delovanje orodjarne je treba zagotoviti ustrezno upravljanje dokumentacije in podatkov v povezavi z delovnimi operacijami, ki se izvajajo v strojnem parku orodjarne. V začetku diplomskega dela je predstavljeno podjetje. V nadaljevanju je prikazana tehnološka dokumentacija, ki se uporablja v orodjarni, in kako poteka izpis delovnega naloga z lastnim informacijskim sistemom za načrtovanje in vodenje proizvodnje. Za pridobitev vhodnih podatkov je bila izdelana obširna orodna analiza na najpogostejših delovnih akcijah orodjarne. Vse pridobljene informacije bodo uporabljene kot vhodni podatki za nastavitve samodejne orodne omare in nadgradnjo informacijskega sistema.

Title:Upgrade of the system for production management in Marovt d.o.o. tool shop
Abstract:The thesis introduces the example of the information system upgrade solution at the tool shop of the company Marovt d.o.o. For the successful operation of the tool shop, it is necessary to ensure proper management of the documentation and data in connection with the work carried out in the machine park. The thesis opens with a presentation of the company, followed by a presentation of the technological documentation used at the tool shop and how a work order is issued using our own information system program for production planning and management. In order to obtain the input data, we made a comprehensive tool analysis on the most common tools of the tool shop. All the information obtained will serve as input data for the settings of the automatic tool box and the upgrade of the production program.
