Abstract:
Danes je veliko pozornosti namenjeno uporabi naravnih materialov, a glavni vzrok temu je zmanjševanje onesnaženosti okolja. Razen najbolj pogostih naravnih materialov kot so les, kamen, slama se danes vse več raziskuje in govori o gradnji s pomočjo industrijske konoplje. V projektni nalogi bomo pozornost posvetili industrijski konoplji in njeni uporabi v gradbeništvu. Najprej je na kratko opisana in predstavljena konoplja in vrste konoplja. Nato je podrobno opisana industrijska konoplja, njena zgodovina in morfološka struktura. Zatem so opisani načini pridelave in predelave industrijske konoplje. V glavnem delu projektne naloge so predstavljeni najpogostejši načini uporabe industrijske konoplje v gradbeništvu.

Title:
Industrial hemp and its use in construction
Abstract:
Natural materials are today being used more and more to decrease the level of environmental polution. Next to stone, wood and straw, industrial hemp is becoming more popular when it comes to building. In this project we will focus on industrial hemp and its use in construction. First, we shortly describe and present hemp and different kinds of it. Then we focus on industrial hemp, its history and morphological structure. After that different types of processing industrial hemp are described. In the main part of the project work the most common ways of using industrial hemp in construction are presented.
