Abstract:Tema magistrskega dela je izboljšava aerodinamičnih lastnosti športnega vozila TS-600. Pri tem smo se osredotočili na optimizacijo oblike difuzorja. Simulacijo trenutne oblike vozila smo naredili pri hitrosti 100 km/h in 180 km/h. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo izračunali koeficient dviga in upora. Z variiranjem naklonskega kota difuzorja, ki ga ta oklepa s tlemi, smo podali trend gibanja obeh koeficientov. Ugotovili smo, da je ta neodvisen od hitrosti vozila. Z večanjem naklonskega kota difuzorja se koeficient upora povečuje, hkrati pa se koeficient dviga zmanjšuje. Ob želji po čim manjšem koeficientu upora, ter čim bolj negativnem koeficientu dviga, je optimalen naklonski kot difuzorja 20°.

Title:Numerical analysis of sport vehicle aerodynamics
Abstract:The theme of this master's thesis is improvement of the aerodynamics of TS-600 sports car. It is focused on optimization of the diffuser shape. We made a simulation of its current shape at speed of 100 km/h and 180 km/h. Based on obtained forces, we calculated the lift and drag coefficient. With the variation of the diffusors angle of inclination, we obtained the trend of changing of both coefficients. We concluded, that the trend is independent of the vehicles speed. By increasing the inclination angle, the drag coefficient increases and at the same time the lift coefficient decreases. If we want to obtain the lowest drag coefficient, and the most negative lift coefficient, is the optimum diffusers inclination angle 20°.
