Abstract:
V okviru diplomske naloge smo izdelali avtomatično zvezno vodenje vertikalnega hidravličnega valja z industrijskim krmilnikom. Hidravlični pogon je poleg napajalnega agregata sestavljen iz proporcionalnega ventila z vgrajeno regulacijo odprtja ventila in vertikalnega hidravličnega valja. Izdelali smo dokumentacijo za izdelavo in nabavo manjkajočih delov. Zasnovali smo proces za pozicioniranje hidravličnega valja, ki lahko služi za preoblikovanje kovin ter proučili uporabo inkrementalnega dajalnika z uporabo hitrega števca.

Title:
Position control of vertical hydraulic cylinder with industrial controller
Abstract:
Within the thesis we made an automatic control of a vertical hydraulic cylinder with an industrial controller. In addition to the hydraulic power supply unit, the hydraulic drive consists of a proportional valve with electrical position feedback and the vertical hydraulic cylinder. We have produced documentation of missing parts. We made position control of a hydraulic cylinder, which can be used for metal transformation press and we examined the use of incremental encoder using a high speed counter.
