Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo splošno opisali spletne strgalnike in pregledali nekatere najbolj razširjene brezplačne sorodne projekte. Delo vsebuje tudi opis uporabljenih tehnologij pri implementaciji lastnega strgalnika in samo implementacijo strgalnika, ki se specifično uporablja za strganje novic.

Title:	Development of web scraper for extraction of news
Abstract:	In this diploma thesis, we have studied and generally described web scrapers and then focused on detailed description of most popular web scrapers that are availible for free. Diploma also contains a description of technologies used for our own scraper's implementation and it's implementation, specifically designed for news.
