Abstract:Cilj in namen diplomske naloge z naslovom Zasnova trim steze v vrtcu Tezno je ugotoviti, ali je trim steza v medpodročni povezavi med gibanjem in naravo primerna oblika izvajanja dejavnosti v vrtcih tako v prvem kot v drugem starostnem obdobju. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena in opisana trim steza. V drugem delu je poudarek na načrtovanju in izvedbi projekta trim steze v vrtcu Tezno, ki je bil zasnovan v medsebojni povezavi z naravoslovno učno potjo. Projekt je bil izveden s pomočjo deskriptivne raziskovalne metode, pri kateri je šlo za preverjanje znanega dejstva in pojmov. Dejstvo smo preverili na neslučajnostnem konkretnem vzorcu otrok prvega in drugega starostnega obdobja. Ugotovili smo, da je trim steza, kot oblika usmerjene gibalne dejavnosti v gozdu, primerna za otroke prvega starostnega obdobja in za otroke drugega starostnega obdobja. Gibalne dejavnosti so bile v projektu ustrezno zastavljene glede na starost in gibalno zmožnost otrok, načrtovane so bile v medpodročni povezavi z naravoslovnimi dejavnostmi v gozdu po sklicevanju na zgodbo Netopir Boromir in gozdna pot. Otroci v gozdu ne potrebujejo veliko spodbude in motivacije, saj jih motivira in h gibanju spodbuja narava sama. Tovrstna gibalna aktivnost je učinkovita za pospešen telesni in gibalni razvoj, otrokom omogoča reševanje problemov, gozd pa jim nudi izkušenjsko bogato okolje. Otroci gozd doživijo zelo čustveno zaradi česar ostane doživetje v njihovem spominu še nekaj časa po izvedeni dejavnosti. Ob pozitivnih kritikah otrok prvega in drugega starostnega obdobja, kot tudi vzgojiteljic in športne pedagoginje, smo ugotovili, da otroci potrebujejo in si želijo več tovrstnih gibalnih dejavnosti v času bivanja v vrtcu.

Title:Concept of a running track in kindergrten Tezno
Abstract:The objective and purpose of the diploma work Concept of a running track in Kindergarten Tezno is to discover, whether a running track, considered as an interdisciplinary connection with physical exercises and nature, is a suitable form of activity in the first, as well as in the second age period in kindergartens. The diploma consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part presents and describes the running track. The second part is an emphasis on planning and execution of the project running track in kindergarten Tezno, which was designed in an interacting connection to a naturalistic learning path. The project was performed with the help of descriptive research method, which was about verifying known facts and ideas. We have checked facts on the non-random concrete pattern of children of the first and the second age period. We have discovered that the running track, as a form of guided physical activity in a forest, is appropriate for children of the first age period and those of the second age period. Physical activities were appropriately framed in the plan considering the age and physical ability of the children; they were planned in an interdisciplinary connection to naturalistic activities in the forest using the story Netopir Boromir in gozdna pot. Children do not need a lot of stimulation and motivation in a forest, because nature itself motivates and stimulates them to move. A running track in a forest offers a high level of possibilities for children's motoric development and development of physical skills. This type of physical activity is efficient for normal development of body and physical development, it enables children to solve problems and the forest represents an environment which is rich with experience. Children can feel the forest very emotionally and such experience can stay in their memory for a longer period of time after the executed activity. Positive feedback from the children of the first and second age period, as well as from educators and a sports teacher, have assured us that children need and want more motive activities of this kind during their stay in kindergarten.
