Abstract:V diplomskem delu so prikazani osnovni nastavki za načrtovanje trifaznih transformatorjev manjših moči. Izhodišče za načrtovanje transformatorja nazivne moči 750 VA je predstavljal vnaprej določen rez mehko-magnetne pločevine z ustreznim standardnimi tuljavniki. Na podlagi določene geometrije jedra je nato prikazan postopek načrtovanja, ki temelji na osnovnih principih delovanja transformatorjev. Transformator je načrtovan tako, da tako navitja na primarni, kot tudi sekundarni strani, omogočajo spreminjanje vezav. Na podlagi prikazanih izračunov smo transformator tudi izdelali, točnost izračunanih podatkov pa preverili s standardnimi preizkusi transformatorja.

Title:Design and testing of laboratory three-phase transformers of rated power of 750 VA
Abstract:In this thesis basic guidelines for designing low power three-phase transformers are shown. The design procedure of the transformer with rated power of 750 VA was based on a predefined cut of soft magnetic steel sheets and corresponding standard coil holders. Starting with predefined iron core geometry, the transformer’s designing process was developed on general basic principles of the operation of transformers. The transformer is designed in such a way that both windings on the primary as well as on the secondary side allow various coil connections. The transformer was assembled on the basis of the obtained design parameters, where the accuracy of the calculated data was evaluated with standard measurement procedures.
