Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja opis, razvoj in izdelavo sistema za indikacijo naklona kmetijske mehanizacije. Cilj končnega produkta je operativen sistem prikazovanja raznih podatkov za varnejše upravljanje stroja. Upravljavec ima na voljo možnost nastavitve mej stabilnega stanja, ki ustrezajo specifičnemu stroju. Sistem vsebuje glavno enoto ter zunanje senzorje za pridobivanje podatkov. Upravljamo ga lahko s šestimi tipkami na dotik. Prikazovanje izvedemo s pomočjo grafičnega zaslona. Upravljavec lahko sistemu nastavi podane stabilne meje stroja. Med vožnjo po neravnem terenu prihaja do zvočnega kot vizualnega opozarjanja ob prekoračitvi stabilnih mej. Zagotoviti želimo zavedanje nevarnosti pri vožnji skozi hribovit teren ter preprečiti prevrnitev stroja.

Title:
Embedded system for indication of inclination of agricultural machinery
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents a description of the development and production system for the inclination of agricultural machinery. The goal of the thesis was to create an operational system for displaying various information for safe operation of the machine. The operator has an option to setup limits of stability corresponding to the specific machine. The system contains the main unit and external sensors for data acquiring. It can be operated by the six-touch keys. Displaying is performed by a graphic display. The operator can set the system’s stability given by limits of the machine. While driving on uneven surfaces, sound and visual warning occur when exceeding stable borders. We want to ensure awareness of the danger when driving through mountainous terrain and to prevent overturning of the machine.
