Abstract:Napredujoča tehnologija poleg vseh prednosti predstavlja tudi varnostne grožnje.

Title:Cyber security in civil aviation
Abstract:Advancing technology, in addition to all of its advantages, also represents security threats. Everyday security incidents in the cyber environment are the basis for thinking there could be serious threats to aviation. Most civilian aviation organizations depend on electronic systems to perform crucial functions. In the past, the need for cyber security in civil aviation was relatively small, but this area is also changing. With the development of new information technologies, the risk of cyberattacks in civil aviation are increasing One such systems, is system or protocol ADS-B (automatic dependent surveillance system). The ADS-B system is expected to be fully implemented for use in air traffic management by the year 2020. While one of the objectives of introducing an ADS-B system in air traffic is increasing security, that aspect of cyber security proves just the opposite. Attacks on the ADS-B system are, for moderately sophisticated hackers, both easy and feasible. Possible attacks range from passive, like eavesdropping, to active, such as message injection and jamming. Avionic systems require adequate protection against cyberattacks, as an attack on this part of the infrastructure could lead to serious consequences
