Abstract:
Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno marketinško komuniciranje in inštrumenti marketinškega komuniciranja. Inštrumenti marketinškega komuniciranja so oglaševanje, pospeševanje prodaje, osebna prodaja in odnosi z javnostjo. Podjetja vse več pozornosti polagajo na marketinško komuniciranje, saj z dobro komunikacijo obdržijo obstoječe in pridobijo nove odjemalce. Z marketinškim komuniciranjem podjetje odjemalcu predstavi izdelke in hkrati lahko to vodi v nakup. Za nakupne odločitve pa so pomembni tudi mediji. Pri podjetjih je pomembno preko katerih spletnih družbenih medijev oglašujejo svoj izdelek. Družbene medije zbiramo po različnih kriterijih, glede na to, da so odjemalcu najbližji, glede na značilnost izdelka, značilnost sporočila in pa tudi stroškov, ki nastanejo pri oglaševanju. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno komuniciranje podjetja Loreal preko spletnih družabnih medijev. Prikazano je, na katerih spletnih družbenih medijih blagovna znamka Loreal oglašuje svoje izdelke in na kakšen način.
