Title:Stores of the future
Abstract:The graduation project entitled Stores of the Future is based on theoretical starting points and examples. The modern world is based on technology. Every innovation or progress in a company is based on the advancement of technology and the technology-related system. The rapid development of technology has brought about the fourth industrial revolution which is greatly affecting the operation of physical and online stores. A well-designed customer satisfaction strategy is the basis for the success of a company. As part of the project, I researched how physical and online stores are changing. I gave the example of Amazon.Go, which is an experimental physical store of the online store Amazon.com, and the Swedish company Ikea, which sells home furnishing products. Both stores have developed greatly through technology. Under online stores, I gave the example of Amazon.com, which is a great example of how to create a competitive advantage over rivals by using technology.
