Abstract:Diplomsko delo preučuje napetosti v nosilcih hidravličnih razpiral, ki se uporabljajo pri reševalnih postopkih ob prometnih, naravnih in drugih nesrečah. Geometrija modela je bila modelirana v programu Solidworks in uvožena v programski paket Abaqus CAE za analizo napetosti z metodo končnih elementov. Na podlagi analiz prvotnega modela so bile izdelane tri konstrukcijske rešitve za zmanjšanje skupne mase nosilcev. Na vsakem modelu je potekala analiza v zaprtem in v odprtem položaju. Rezultati raziskav so podali dve rešitvi, ki sta zmanjšali skupno maso ter izboljšali napetosti v snemljivih konicah.

Title:Finite element analysis of a hydraulic spreader
Abstract:Diploma thesis examines the distribution of stress in hydraulic rescue spreaders. The existing geometry model was modeled in Solidworks and exported to Abaqus CAE for stress analysis with finite element metod. Based on these results, three construction solutions were made, to reduce the overal weight of the spreaders. Stress analysis were made in both close and open position of the retracting arms. Weight was reduced withouth compromising structural integrity Stress in spreader tips was also reduced.
