Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnovne lastnosti celovitih programskih rešitev ali ERP-sistemov. Predstavljeni so možni načini uvajanja celovitih programskih rešitev in celovita struktura projekta uvedbe celovite programske rešitve. V osrednjem delu diplome je na podlagi študije primera predstavlje izbor in uvedba celovite programske rešitve v manjšem podjetju. Predstavljena je primerjalna analiza treh celovitih programskih rešitev, ki se v Sloveniji najpogosteje uporabljajo v manjših podjetjih. Prikazali in predstavili smo jih na primeru prototipnem namestitve programa Datalab Pantheon, nastavitve programa kot tudi ob poskusni uporabi programa s funkcijami, ki jim jih izbrana celovita programska rešitev ponuja. Poskusna uporaba izbrane celovite programske rešitve je pokazala povečanje učinkovitosti zaposlenih pri izvajanju nekaterih procesov v proučevanem podjetju.

Title:
Selection of erp system for a small company
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents the basic characteristics of Enterprise resource planning software application or ERP systems. Further are presented methodologies and project structure for introducing ERP system to small and medium size companies. In the central part of the diploma, case of selection and implementation of an ERP software application in a small company is presented. Selection of an ERP software application was made by comparative analysis of three most widely adopted ERP software solutions in Slovenia among small and medium size companies. For ERP implementation the prototype installation of the selected ERP software application, basic application settings, as well as the experimental use of the application is presented. The usage of prototype in the case has shown a possible increase in the efficiency of processes which were executed by employees in the studied small company.
