Abstract:
Uvod: Pri pacientki z medikamentozno prekinitvijo nosečnosti je zdravstvena nega pomembna, saj medicinska sestra spremlja pacientko od začetka postopka pa vse do odpusta. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti obravnavo pacientke z medikamentozno prekinitvijo nosečnosti po procesni metodi dela. Metode: Za opredelitev problema smo uporabili opisno oziroma deskriptivno metodo dela, raziskava je temeljila na kvalitativni metodi dela. Izvedli smo študijo primera s pomočjo intervjuja pacientke in s pregledom in analizo pacientkine medicinske dokumentacije. Intervju je vseboval vprašanja odprtega tipa, oblikovan je bil po funkcionalnih vzorcih modela Marjory Gordon. Določene informacije smo pridobili tudi s samim opazovanjem in ocenjevanjem pacientkinega zdravstvenega stanja. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo šest negovalnih problemov: neučinkovito obvladovanje terapevtskih predpisov, slabost, nevarnost padcev, spanje, motnje spanja, bolečino v spodnjem delu trebuha, strah pred posegom in stranskimi učinki abortivnih tablet. Diskusija in zaključek: Ugotovili smo, da je 11 funkcionalnih vzorcev po Marjory Gordon primernih in zagotavljajo popolno obravnavo pacientke, ki se odloči za postopek medikamentozne prekinitve nosečnosti.

Title:
Nursing care of patient with medication abortion
Abstract:
Introduction: For a patient with a medically terminated pregnancy, nursing care is important, as the nurse accompanies the patient from the beginning of the procedure until her discharge from the hospital. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to present the treatment of a patient with a medically terminated pregnancy according to the procedural work method. Methods: To define the problem we used a descriptive work method, the research was based on the qualitative method. We conducted a case study by means of a patient interview and by reviewing and analysing the patient's medical records. The interview included open-type questions, and was modelled on the functional patterns of the Marjory Gordon model. Certain information was also obtained by observing and assessing the patient's health status. Results: We identified six nursing problems: ineffective management of therapeutic regulations, nausea, danger of falling, sleep, sleep disorders, lower abdominal pain, fear of procedure and side effects of abortion pills. Discussion and conclusion: We found that 11 functional samples, according to Marjory Gordon, are suitable, and provide a complete treatment to the patient who chooses to undergo the procedure of medically terminating her pregnancy.
