Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja proces in načine komisioniranja v podjetju Grieshaber, pri čemer se osredotoča na ugotavljanje časovnih izgub. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del obsega povzetek ključnih ugotovitev študija strokovne literature s področij skladišča in skladiščnega poslovanja. Posebno pozornost posvetimo procesu komisioniranja, notranjemu transportu in planiranju skladiščnih kapacitet. Praktični del zajema podroben opis procesa komisioniranja v podjetju Grieshaber skupaj z vsemi napakami v procesu, ki smo jih lahko zaznali kot opazovalci. Celoten proces je podrobno analiziran in ocenjen. Glede na slednje s pomočjo svojega znanja in izkušenj, pridobljenih z leti izobraževanja, iščemo predloge za izboljšanje in poenostavljenje procesa skupaj z idejami za večjo učinkovitost komisioniranja. Glavna ideja za izboljšanje procesa je uvedba tehnologije črtnih kod, ki je podjetje za zdaj še ne uporablja.

Title:
Renovation of the commissioning process in warehouse in grieshaber company
Abstract:
Through our assignment there is presented the process and ways of commissioning in the Grieshaber company. The assignment is built around the problem of time delays that occur in mentioned process that we had an opportunity to observe while working on our practical training. Diploma work is divided into main parts; theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is based on our research of the known literature. The main focus is on warehouse and the warehouse management. We devote our attention especially to the process of commissioning but also to transport inside of warehouses and planning of storage capacities. Practical part includes detailed description of the process of commissioning in Grieshaber company along with all detected flaws in this process the way we saw it as an observer. The whole process is closely analyzed and assessed. Based on analysis and our knowledge and experience gained during our years of education, we searched for suggestions on how to improve and simplify observed process. We also looked for ideas of how to make the commissioning more efficient. The main idea of improvement is the use of barcodes that company yet does not work with.
