Abstract:
Osebe s posebnimi potrebami imajo oteženo dostopanje do informacij, tudi spletnih. Za olajšano delo potrebujejo prilagoditve programske ali strojne opreme ali take, ki so že implementirane v spletni strani. Ker je splet danes »zlata jama« za le-te, je spletna dostopnost zanje velikega pomena. Obstajajo sicer veljavni zakoni, ki se nanašajo na implementacijo enake dostopnosti za vse ljudi, vendar so le-ti upoštevani v veliko premajhni meri. Že obstoječe rešitve so sicer dobre, vendar premalo razširjene med ustvarjalci spletnih vsebin. Pogojene pa so tudi z razvojem tehnologije in dobrim poznavanjem potreb ljudi invalidov.

Title:
Visual communication for people with disabilities in urban environment
Abstract:
People with disabilities have difficulties with information accesibility, even web. To ease their use of web, they need adapted software and hardware to their needs or implemented web sollutions. Nowadays, the web is so called »golden cave« for informations, so the web accesibility is crucial for them. Current laws, that rely on equal web accesibility, are abided in too few cases. Even though existing sollutions are good, they aren't well-known and used enough around web sites creators. Also they are conditioned by technology's growth and well-knowing of special needs for people with disabilities.
