Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava teoretične osnove načrtovanja in vodenja proizvodnje, ki sta ključni funkciji za učinkovito pripravo proizvodnje. Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je tehnološka priprava proizvodnje, kot povezovalni element med konstrukcijo in proizvodnjo. Navedene so glavne naloge s področja tehnološke priprave, nadalje pa tudi aktivnosti tehnološkega oddelka serijske proizvodnje v podjetju VAR d.o.o.. Predstavljena je podpora informacijskega sistema SAP R/3 pri tehnološki pripravi proizvodnje v podjetju, in sicer: kreiranje matičnih podatkov, materialne kosovnice, tehnoloških postopkov in pakirnih predpisov ter vnos risb, pakirnih listov in nastavitvenih listov. Ugotavljam, da lahko informacijske tehnologije zagotavljajo konkurenčno prednost, če jih znamo pravilno izkoristiti za pripravo celovitih in učinkovitih poslovnih procesov.

Title:
Technological preparation of production in the company Var d.o.o.
Abstract:
The diploma work discuss the theoretical basics of planning and management production, which are key functions for effective preparation of the production. The main theme of the diploma work is technological preparation of production, as the connecting element between construction and production. Those are the main tasks from the field of technological production, while furthermore, there are also activities of technological department for serial production in the company of VAR d.o.o. Presented is a support the information system SAP R/3 for technological preparation of production in the company, which is: creating master data, a bill of materials, technological processes and packing regulations as well input drawings, packing papers and set-up lists. I conclude, that information technology can provide competitive advantage, if we know how to use them properly for preparation of comprehensive and effective process.
