Abstract:
V magistrskem delu smo analizirali in primerjali pristope k izbiri celovitih informacijskih rešitev. S pregledom literature smo identificirali najpogosteje uporabljene metode, jih prestavili in podali njihove prednosti ter slabosti. V primerjavo so bili zajeti koraki metode, predlagan nabor kriterijev in posebnosti posameznega pristopa. Ugotovili smo, da se pri izbiri primerne rešitve in njenega ponudnika najpogosteje uporablja metoda analitični hierarhični proces, seznam kriterijev izbire pa je potrebno oblikovati glede na značilnosti in poslovne cilje podjetja in ne glede na uporabljeno metodo. Zbrali smo napotke za izvedbo postopka in navedli nekatere izzive povezane s stroški, trajanjem postopka izbire in odprtokodnimi rešitvami.

Title:
Comparison of approaches to selecting ERP solutions
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, we analyzed and compared approaches to the selection of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. By reviewing the literature we identified the most commonly used methods, transferred them and presented their advantages and disadvantages. In the comparison, the steps of the method were covered, a set of criteria and specificities of the individual approach was proposed. We have found that when choosing a suitable solution and its provider, the most commonly used method is the analytical hierarchical process, and the list of selection criteria must be formulated according to the company's characteristics and business goals, and regardless of the method used. We have gathered guidance to carry out the process and stated some of the challenges associated with costs, duration of the selection process and open source solutions.
