Title:Primerjalna analiza metodologij uvajanja rešitev sap na primeru proizvodnega podjetja

Abstract:Globalno povezovanje gospodarstev oziroma globalizacija nas sooča s številnimi izzivi in priložnostmi. Trend globalizacije je okrepiti težnjo podjetij za iskanje novih poti, kako povečati konkurenčnost, izboljšati poslovanje, poiskati nove trge, narediti učinkovitejšo proizvodnjo, izboljšati prodajo, itd. Podjetja, ki želijo preživeti, se morajo prilagoditi zahtevam trga, kar zahteva spremembo poslovanja. Okoliščine, s katerimi se podjetja srečujejo danes, zahtevajo predvidevanje in odzivnost na vedno večje zahteve trga. Poslovna strategija je tista, ki določa in zagotavlja vire in posledično tudi preživetje podjetja v tem konkurenčnem okolju. Agresivna in učinkovita uporaba informacijske tehnologije je bistvo uspešne poslovne strategije. Rešitve ERP predstavljajo skupek poslovnih programskih orodij, ki podjetjem omogočajo učinkovitejšo obvladovanje in zagotavljanje virov, kot so na primer materiali, človeški viri, finančni viri, itd. Rešitev ERP tako zagotavlja podporo za poslovanje in poslovne procese podjetja. V magistrskem delu smo podrobneje predstavili podjetje SAP SE, njihove rešitve ERP in uvajalne metodologije teh rešitev ERP. Sprva smo se fokusirali na celovite informacijske rešitve oziroma ERP ter predstavili razvoj, strukturo, prednosti in slabosti ERP rešitev. Poglavje smo zaključili s trendi na področju rešitev ERP. Fokus magistrske naloge je bil na metodologijah uvajanja rešitev ERP, kar je pomenilo, da smo podrobno preučili razloge za uvedbo rešitve ERP procese uvajanja rešitve ERP, razlike med uvedbo in nadgradnjo rešitve ERP, ter poglavje zaključili s kritičnimi dejavniki uspeha uvedbe rešitve ERP. Magistrska naloga je temeljila na rešitvah podjetja SAP SE, zatorej smo predstavili podjetje SAP SE in njegov razvoj. Rešitve na katerih je temeljila naša magistrska naloga, so SAP ERP 6.0 in SAP S/4HANA. Podrobneje smo proučili funkcionalnosti, arhitekturo, prednosti in slabosti obeh rešitev ter jih kasneje tudi primerjali med sabo. Nato smo se osredotočili na metodologije uvajanja SAP. Podrobneje smo predstavili metodologije ASAP 8, Launch in Activate ter jih kasneje tudi primerjali med sabo. Cilj magistrske naloge je predstaviti rešitve ERP, analizirati ključne dejavnike uspeha, predstaviti rešitve SAP ERP 6.0 in SAP S/4HANA ter metodologije uvajanja, ki jih ponuja podjetje SAP SE. Na podlagi pridobljenega znanja pa smo izbrali najprimernejšo rešitev ERP in metodologijo uvajanja te rešitve za proizvodno podjetje.

Title:Comparative analysis of sap implementation methodology based on production company
Abstract:Global economic integration and globalization confronts us with many challenges and opportunities. The trend of globalization has reinforced the tendency of companies to search for new ways to increase competitiveness, improve operations, find new markets, to make production more efficient, improve sales, etc. Companies that want to survive must adapt to the demands of the market, which requires a change of business. Circumstances with which companies are faced today require anticipation and response to the increasing demands of the market. The business strategy is the one that determines and provides resources and consequently business survival in this competitive environment. Aggressive and effective use of information technology is the essence of a successful business strategy. ERP solutions are a set of business software tools that enable companies to more effectively manage and provide resources, such as materials, human resources, financial resources, etc. ERP also provides support for operations and business processes. The master’s thesis was presented in detail the company SAP SE, ERP solutions and their deployment methodology. At first, we started presenting their ERP solutions, we have presented development, structure, advantages and disadvantages of ERP solutions. We finished chapter with trends in the field of ERP solutions. The focus of the master's thesis was on the ERP implementation methodologies, which meant that we discussed in detail the reasons for the implementation of ERP, process of implementing ERP solutions, difference between the implementation and upgrade of ERP and we finished with the critical success factors of ERP implementation. Master's thesis is based on solutions from SAP, so we introduced SAP company and its development. Solutions that were the basis of our thesis were SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA. More specifically, we have examined functionality, architecture, advantages and disadvantages of both solutions and then use them to compare with each other. Then we focused on the introduction of SAP methodology. More specifically, we presented a methodology ASAP 8, Launch and Activate, and then use them to compare with each other. The objective of the master's thesis was to introduce ERP solutions, analyze the key factors of success, to introduce SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA and deployment methodology, offered by SAP. Based on the knowledge we have gained while writing this master’s thesis we have selected the most suited ERP solution and methodology for a manufacturing company.
