Abstract:	Prispevek obravnava učinke, ki jih je imela protestantska književnost na preoblikovanje stanovsko organiziranih kulturnih polj v drugi polovici 16. stoletja. Pri tem postavlja domnevo, da protestantizem na vseh ključnih ravneh literarnega polja (kriteriji literarnosti, koncepti identitete, družbene strukture, medijski dispozitivi) izkazuje težnje po preseganju stanovskih omejitev. Protestantska književnost potemtakem mehanizme med kulturnosti uporablja na način, ki spodbuja funkcionalno širitev družbenega prostora.

Abstract:	Der Aufsatz thematisiert die Wirkungen der protestantischen Literatur auf die Transformation der ständisch definierten kulturellen Felder in der zweiten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts. Im Gegensatz zum allgemeinen Muster ist hier auf allen relevanten Ebenen (symbolische Ordnung, Identitätskonzepte, soziale Strukturen, Medien) eine Tendenz zur Überwindung der ständischen Hierarchie zu beobachten. Protestantische Literatur trägt somit durch die Mechanismen der Interkulturalität zur funktionalen Erweiterung des sozialen Raumes bei.
