Abstract:Bistvo sodobnega človeka oziroma družbe v prihodnosti bo najti ravnovesje med ZASEBNOSTJO – SVOBODO – VARNOSTJO zaradi globalizacije in kibernetskega prostora, ki sta gonilo izjemno hitrih sprememb.

Title:Cyber threats and respons in logistics systems
Abstract:The essence of the modern man or the society in the future will be to find a balance between the PRIVACY – FREEDOM – SECURITY due to globalisation and cyber-space, which are the engine of the extremely rapid changes. Cyber threats are and will be also in the future a regularity of human life and probably the greatest challenge for mankind in the future. Man as the main factor which appears both on the side of the one who is at risk, as well as on the side of the one who threatens, is an essential element. Cyber threats and the response to them in logistics systems are the same as in all other segments of cyberspace, in principle, they can be differentiated only by the source or motive. The biggest problem, which is currently ocurring, is the fear or restraint from an open recognition of cyber threats. This is particularly distinct in the countries where there is a low level of information or familiarity with potential threats both in the public as well as in the private sector. Awareness of the importance of detection and response to cyber threats must be unified, co-ordinated and open, as it is all about a unified cyberspace.
