Title:Organizacijska klima na primeru Mestne občine Murska Sobota

Abstract:Organizacijska klima ni nikjer povsem enaka, razlikuje se od organizacije do organizacije in ravno zato je pomembno, da organizacije težijo k vzpostavljanju ugodne organizacijske klime, kar je osnova za dobro in učinkovito delovanje organizacije. Zelo pomembno je, kakšno vzdušje prevladuje v sami organizaciji, saj ravno to najbolj vpliva na medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi ter na njihovo učinkovitost in produktivnost pri opravljanju dela. Ravno iz tega vidika bi morale organizacije in vodje nameniti posebno pozornost organizacijski klimi in njenemu vplivu na samo organizacijo in zaposlene. Na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih vplivajo različni dejavniki organizacijske klime, med drugim medsebojni odnosi, ki prevladujejo med zaposlenimi, vodenje, organizacija, zadovoljstvo z delovnim mestom ter ostali dejavniki organizacijske klime. V uvodu magistrske naloge smo opredelili področje, problem, namen, cilje in raziskovalne hipoteze, ki smo si jih zastavili. Na koncu pa smo navedli tudi predpostavke raziskave in omejitve, s katerimi smo se srečevali pri pisanju magistrske naloge. Magistrska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojem organizacijske klime in njene sorodne pojme ter povezave med njimi, funkcije organizacijske klime, vrste klim, načine merjenja organizacijske klime in dejavnike organizacijske klime ter jih podrobneje opisali. V raziskovalnem delu smo prikazali organizacijsko klimo na primeru Mestne občine Murska Sobota (MOMS), pri čemer smo podatke pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Po analizi vrnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov smo pridobljene podatke statistično obdelali ter podatke prikazali v obliki grafov in tabel ter jih opisali. Na koncu smo podali tudi svoje predloge za izboljšave ter ukrepe, s katerimi bi po našem mnenju organizacija lahko še izboljšala svojo obstoječo organizacijsko klimo.

Title:Organizational Climate in the Case of Municipality of Murska Sobota
Abstract:Organizational climate is nowhere exactly the same, but differs within various organizations; therefore, it is important that organizations strive for building a positive organizational climate, which is a basis for good and efficient functioning of the organization. It is very important what kind of atmosphere prevails in the organization because it has the greatest impact on relationships between employees, as well as their efficiency and productivity at work. From this perspective, the organizations and managers should pay a special attention to the organizational climate and its effect on the organization and employees. The employee satisfaction is affected by various factors of organizational climate: mutual relationships, management, organization, workplace satisfaction and others. The introduction of the master's thesis defines the field and describes the problem, the purpose, goals and research hypotheses that were set. At the end, the research assumptions and the limits which we met when writing the master's thesis are listed. Present master's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines the organizational climate and presents related concepts and their correlations, the functions of the organizational climate, the types of climates and the measuring methods of organizational climate in detail. The research part of the thesis present the organizational climate in the case of the City Municipality of Murska Sobota, where the data were obtained using a questionnaire. After the analysis of the returned questionnaires, the data were statistically analyzed, presented in graphs and tables, and described. In the end, we listed our suggestions for improvements and measures for improving the current organizational climate within the organization.
