Title:Public figures` posts on social media
Abstract:The dissertation deals with two questions: is the social network as a public or private space in the interest of the public, or is a public person criminally responsible for their morally questionable posts. The definitions of social networks, the private and the public, the interests of the public and the division of public persons into relatively and absolutely public were set. By analysing chosen posts of public persons and the media response to questionable posts it was discovered that the social network is a public or partially public environment, where the freedom of speech is not absolute and inappropriate posts can also be punished.
