Abstract:
Teoretična izhodišča: Empatični odnosi je prisoten od rojstva pa vse do smrti človeka. Pri tem se skozi življenje izpopolnjuje in je vedno bolj poglobljen ter kompleksen. V zdravstveni negi je empatija izrednega pomena, saj lahko medicinske sestre z njo pri pacientu vzpostavijo zaupljiv in pristen empatičen stik. Raziskovalna metodologija: Raziskava temelji na kvantitativni metodologiji. Raziskovalni instrument je anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval vprašanja zaprtega in odprtega tipa. Raziskava je potekala na internističnem področju. Rezultati: V raziskavi je sodelovalo n = 30 diplomiranih medicinskih sester/diplomiranih zdravstvenikov. Od tega jih 57 % anketiranih meni, da empatija pomeni sposobnost razumevanja in prepoznave čustev drugih ljudi in 40 % anketirancev opisujejo empatijo kot sposobnost postaviti se v kožo drugega in razumeti njegovo stisko, 3 % pa jih meni, da je to sposobnost, postaviti se na mesto nekoga drugega. Poleg tega 83 % vprašanih anketirancev meni, da uporaba empatičnega pristopa v holistični obravnavi pacienta pripomore k izboljšanju kakovosti zdravstvene nege, 17 % pa jih ne vidi razlike v izboljšanju kakovosti zdravstvene nege z uporabo empatičnega odnosa. Sklep: Na podlagi raziskave smo prišli do sklepa, da diplomirane medicinske sestre/ diplomirani zdravstveniki imajo empatični odnos pri obravnavi pacienta ter pri komunikaciji poskušajo dajati pacientu občutek aktivnega poslušanja.

Empathy in nursing care
Abstract:
Theoretical background: Empathetic relations are present from birth and until the death. Through the life changing empathy in a more depth and complex scenes. In nursing is extremely important empathy with that can nurse use it by a patient to establish a empathetic contact. Research methodology: The research is based on quantitative methodology, we used a questionnaire type of instrument. The questionnaire consists of closed and open Questions. The research was Halted at the Departments of Internal Medicine. Results: In a study involving 30 nurses. From 57 % nurses means that empathy is able to understand and identify the feelings of other people and 40% describe empathy as the ability to put myself in the skin of the other, but 3% consider putting on somebody else's site. Besides 83 % of the nurses that the application of a holistic approach in dealing with patient empathizes and to improving the quality of nursing care and 17% do not determine a difference by using empathize. Conclusion: We have come to the conclusion that nurses receive an empathy attitude in dealing with a patient. The nurse also tries to give a patient the sense of active listening in communication with him. Key words:
