Title:Spodbujanje vključitve raziskovalcev v pedagoški proces na univerzah

Abstract:V Sloveniji raziskave potekajo na univerzah in v veliki meri na javnih raziskovalnih zavodih. V Evropi je obseg raziskav večji na univerzah in manjši na državnih institutih. S tem je omogočen neposreden prenos aktualnega znanja v pedagoški proces. Pri nas pa odkritja in znanja, ki nastajajo pri raziskavah na javnih raziskovalnih zavodih, nimajo neposrednega pretoka v učni proces. Da bi dosegli ta pretok in hkrati razbremenili pedagoške sodelavce na univerzah, da bi lahko večji del svojega časa posvetili raziskovalnemu delu, je Javna agencija za raziskovalno dejavnost v letih od 2008 do 2010 namenila sredstva za »projekt ARRS-pedagoška vpetost«, s čimer je financirala vključevanje raziskovalcev v pedagoški proces na visokošolskih organizacijah. Analizirali smo kadrovski proces ob zaposlovanju za dopolnilno delovno razmerje in prikazali pregled porabe sredstev v letih financiranja projekta. Izvedli smo anketo, ki je zajela vodje raziskovalnih programov na Javnih raziskovalnih zavodih in vodje programskih ali raziskovanih skupin na visokošolskih organizacijah, katerih skupine so prejela sredstva za vključitev raziskovalcev v pedagoški proces. Na podlagi statistične analize rezultatov ankete je raziskava potrdila postavljene hipoteze, da je bil » projekt ARRS-pedagoška vpetost« uspešen in bi ga bilo treba obnoviti.

Title:Facilitating integration of researchers in the teaching process at universities
Abstract:In Slovenia the research is performed at Universities and mainly on Public Research Institutes. In Europe Scientific research activities are performed mainly at Universities and much less on Research Institutes. This enables direct transfer of current research knowledge to teaching process. In Slovenia, however, discoveries and knowledge generated by research on Public Research Institutes have no direct flow into the teaching process. To achieve this direct effect and at the same time to reduce the pedagogical burden of teaching staff at Universities, so that more of their time could be dedicated to research, the Slovenian Research Agency in the years from 2008 to 2010 funded the project ''research and educational cooperation'' which facilitated integration of researchers in the teaching process at Universities. We have analyzed the human resources process and made an overview of funding the project. We carried out a survey, which included the heads of research programs at public research institutes and heads of research programs or research groups at higher education institutions, which groups received funding for the integration of researchers in the teaching process. Based on the statistical analysis of the results of the survey, our research confirmed the hypotheses that the "project SRA- research and educational cooperation " was successful and should be restored.
