Abstract:
Magistrska naloga predstavlja postopek konstruiranja naprave za manipulacijo s profili gasilskih lestev. Pri konstruiranju naprave smo upoštevali zahtevnik naročnika. Po predstavitvi konceptnih variant je v magistrski nalogi preračunana togost naprave in porazdelitev bremena na konstrukcijo naprave. Napravo smo konstruirali v programskem paketu Siemens NX 8.5, kjer smo za strojne dele izdelali tudi vso potrebno dokumentacijo. Trdnostni preračun nosilnega dela konstrukcije je izveden v programskem paketu Abaqus CAE. Posebno poglavje zajema tudi varnostno analizo naprave.

Title:
Design of a device for manipulation with fire ladders profiles
Abstract:
The object of this master thesis is to present the process of designing a device for manipulation with fire ladders profiles. While designing we also considered the requests of the subscriber. After first presenting different concepts of variations in the thesis, there are calculations of rigidity of the device and load distribution on the main construction of the device. The device was designed in SIEMENS NX 8.5 software package, which was also used for documenting the process of the production of the machine parts. FEM analyse was made in Abaqus CAE software package. A special chapter is devoted to safety analysis of the device.
