Title:ODPRAVA VZROKOV OZKEGA GRLA V KALILNICI STEKLARSTVA PLASAL

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali vzroke za ozko grlo v podjetju Steklarstvo Moste d.o.o (prejšnji Plasal d.o.o.). Najprej smo se dela lotili tako, da smo pregledali obstoječo strokovno literarno iz obravnavanega področja. Povzeli smo glavne ugotovitve različnih priznanih avtorjev, kar nam je služilo kot izhodiščna točka in podalo potrebno predznanje o obravnavani tematiki. V drugem delu diplomskega dela, smo analizirali podjetje Steklarstvo Moste d.o.o. Da bi poiskali natančne vzroke, smo se osredotočili na potek poslovnih procesov v podjetju predvsem pa nas je zanimal potek v proizvodni enoti podjetja. Diagram poteka poslovnih procesov nam je dal vpogled v celoten proces poslovanja od pričetka do konca. S pomočjo kritične analize smo poiskali šibke točke v postopku izvajanja poslovnih procesov. Na tak način smo pridobili problematične točke tako znotraj podjetja kot tudi zunaj in sicer pri najpomembnejšem zunanjem faktorju – odjemalcih storitev. Nato smo podali predloge za spremembe, kar bi za podjetje pomenilo prenovo poslovnih procesov in posledično izboljšanje na področju poteka poslovnih procesov. Predloge smo utemeljili z prikazom njihovih učinkov. Pozitivni učinki prenove poslovnih procesov, bi doprinesli k povečanju učinkovitosti predvsem v proizvodnem obratu podjetja, posledično bi spremembe vplivale na več razpoložljivega časa, zadovoljne stranke in hkrati konkurenčnost. Vsi našteti dejavniki pa posredno vplivajo tudi na povečanje dohodkov in uspešno poslovanje podjetja. Podali pa smo tudi predloge za nadaljnji razvoj v podjetju.

Title:ELEMINATION OF BOTTLENECK CAUSES IN THE TEMPERED GLASS FACTORY PLASAL
Abstract:In this thesis, we discussed the reasons for the bottleneck in the company Steklarstvo Moste d.o.o. (ex Plasal d.o.o.). First we reviewed existing professional literature. We summarized the main findings of different recognized authors which served us as a starting point and after made the necessary knowledge on this topic. In the second part of the thesis, we analyzed the company. To find the exact reason, we have focused on the course of business processes in the company. We were interested in the progress of the production unit of the company. Flowchart of business processes has given us insight into the entire business process from the beginning to the end. Through critical analysis we found weaknesses in the implementation of business processes. We wanted to analyze the situation of the company at its customers. In this way we gain the problematic points both within the company and externally, namely in the most important external factor - consumers of services. Then we made a proposal for a new introduction, which would mean the company business process reengineering and improving in the field of business process. Templates are justified by showing their effects. Positive effects of BPR, we contributed to the increase in efficiency mainly in the manufacturing plant of the company. Consequently the changes effect on more available time, satisfied customers and at the same time competitive. All these factors could indirectly also affect the increase in income and a successful business. We also presented suggestions for possible further development of the company.
