Title:Prenova procesa oskrbe proizvodne linije brusnega papirja v podjetju Grieshaber

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je zasnovano na spoznavanju in kritičnem ovrednotenju oskrbe proizvodne linije v podjetju Grieshaber. Predstavljena je glavna težava v podjetju, ki je vezana na samostojno nabiranje materialov za oskrbo končnega pakiranja in fizičen prenos naročila v skladišče. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na del, kjer so predstavljene teoretične osnove in del, kjer je predstavljeno obstoječe stanje s kritično analizo ter predlogom prenove. Znotraj teoretičnih osnov so predstavljene osnovne informacije o delovanju proizvodnje in procesov znotraj nje, tako da bralca lažje vpeljemo v obravnavano okolje. V poglavju o obstoječem stanju je predstavljena proizvodna linija, oskrba le te in kritično ovrednotenje ter analiza procesa oskrbe. Pri kritični analizi sta uporabljeni »procesna karta« in »analiza 5-krat zakaj«, s pomočjo katere smo iskali vzrok za nastanek problema, vezanega na oskrbo. Skozi celotno diplomsko delo je v ospredju modeliranje s tridimenzionalno tehniko (3D) v programu SketchUp, s pomočjo katere želimo omenjeno tehniko modeliranja približati tudi k reševanju težav v logistiki. V času priprave diplomske naloge smo ugotovili, kako pomemben dejavnik je dejansko oskrba linije v podjetju. Na koncu smo podali predlog rešitve s pomočjo vpeljave oskrbne linije s točno določenim prostorom in pomožnih tabel, s katerimi bi ob pomoči magnetnih kartic ter sistemom pomika kartic z osnovnimi informacijami o potrebnih komponentah spremljali proces oskrbe.

Title:Renovation of sandpaper production line supply process in company Grieshaber
Abstract:The thesis is based on the recognition and critical evaluation of the supplying of the production line at the Grieshaber Company. My thesis presents the main problem at the company, linked to the independent collection of materials to supply the final packaging and physical transfer of orders in the warehouse. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part presents the theoretic basis and the second part discusses the present situation at the company with a critical analysis and a proposition for restructuring the production. The theoretic part includes the basic information about the production activities and the processes pertaining to the production, giving the reader a sufficient amount of information to comprehend the work. The chapter on the present situation presents the production line, the supplies, and a critical assessment and analysis of the proposed restructuration. The critical analysis uses the so-called “process card” and “Five-times-why analysis” which helped us to determine the source of the problem pertaining to the supply. Throughout the whole thesis, the focus is on modeling by the means of a three-dimensional technique (3D) available in the Sketch Up program, as we wish to bring this modeling technique in to the forefront when solving problems connected to logistics. During the drawing-up of the thesis, we found that the supply line is an immensely important factor within a company. At the end, we propose a solution involving the implementation of a supply line with a precisely determined space and supplementary tables which would – with the help of magnetic cards and a card system with all the basic information about necessary component – accompany the supply process.
