Abstract:V diplomskem delu ugotavljamo stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih strokovnih delavcev z izobraževanjem na Pedagoški fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani. Namen pisanja diplomskega dela izhaja iz lastnega zanimanja za to tematiko in zanimanja za analizo obstoječega stanja v omenjeni ustanovi. V teoretičnem delu so podana spoznanja domačih in tujih avtorjev s področja izobraževanja, nato pa sledi predstavitev ustanove in njene organiziranosti. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili ugotovitve z anketnim vprašalnikom pridobljenih podatkov v povezavi z zadovoljstvom strokovnih delavcev z izobraževanjem na Pedagoški fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani, na podlagi katerih smo podali predloge za izboljšavo.

Title:THE SATISFACTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF WITH TRAINING PROGRAMS AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION, UNIVERSITY OF LJUBLJANA
Abstract:In the thesis we research the level of satisfaction of the administrative staff with the training programs offered at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana. The purpose of writing the thesis stems from the author’s own interest in the topic and an aspiration to analyse the current state at the above-mentioned institution, where the author of the thesis is employed. In the theoretical part, the findings of Slovene and foreign experts in the area of education are outlined. This is followed by the presentation of the institution and its structure. In the empirical part, the research findings acquired through a questionnaire will be presented, namely the satisfaction of the administrative staff with the offered training programs at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana. Recommendations for improvement will be proposed based on the research findings.
