Title:Ravnanje z nevarnimi snovmi v Kemični tovarni Melamin d.d.

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je prikaz dela z nevarnimi snovmi v kemični tovarni Melamin Kočevje d.d. V nalogi smo opisali tudi nekatere delovne procese, skladiščenje nevarnih snovi, pretakanje nevarnih snovi ipd. Posebno pozornost smo namenili zakonski ureditvi s področja ravnanja z nevarnimi snovmi. Podjetje Melamin spremlja spremembe na tem področju in v skladu s spremembami uvaja, dopolnjuje in spreminja svoje tehnologije. V nalogi smo opisali, kako se je podjetje prilagodilo spremembi na področju klasifikacije kemikalije formaldehid, ki se je spremenila z Uredbo Evropskega parlamenta in sveta. V uredbi so bile postavljene nove zahteve glede definiranja nevarnosti. Prišlo je tudi do spremembe Uredbe o emisiji snovi in toplote pri odvajanju odpadnih voda v vode in kanalizacijo. Podjetje je v skladu s spremembami spremenilo varnostne liste. Poiskali so nov način za čiščenje odpadnega zraka. Za podjetje Melamin se je kot najboljša rešitev pokazala »termična oksidacija odduh v kotlu na naravni les«.

Title:Handlig hazardous substances in a Chemical factory Melamine d.d.
Abstract:This graduate work thesis is to show the work with dangerous substances in chemical factory Melamin Kočevje d.d. The study was also described some of the processes, the storage of hazardous substances, hazardous substances streaming, etc. Particular attention was paid to the statutory regulation in the field of hazardous waste management. Melamine Company monitors changes in this area and in accordance with the amendments introduced, complements and modifies its technologies. In this work we describe how the company has adapted to changes in the classification of the chemical formaldehyde, which has been modified by Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council. The regulation had been placed new requirements for defining hazard. There is also a change of the emission of heat and discharges of waste water in water and sewage. The company is in line with the amendments changed the material safety data sheets. They find a new way to clean exhaust air. Melamine for the company to be the best solution found "Thermal oxidation boiler to natural wood."
