Abstract:
Celovita prenova stare in dotrajane hiše je zahteven in kompleksen proces, ki zahteva ogromno znanja ter izkušenj. Najprej moramo natančno preučiti obstoječe stanje hiše, vse poškodbe in pomanjkljivosti ter najti njihove vzroke, šele nato se lahko lotimo prenove ob upoštevanju vse trenutno veljavne zakonodaje. V projektni nalogi je predstavljena celovita prenova enostanovanjske hiše v Vrbju. Prenova hiše se bo izvedla po različnih segmentih, od zaščite pred vdorom vlage, energetske prenove, sanacije razpok, ter prenove ostalih elementov. Za predvidena dela je izdelan popis del s predizmerami ter oblikovan ponudbeni predračun gradbenih, obrtniških in inštalacijskih del pridobljen s strani dveh različnih gradbenih podjetij. Na podlagi obeh predračunov je izračunana povprečna vrednost celovite prenove. S pomočjo programa Microsoft Project pa je izdelan časovni plan izvedbe projekta.

THE COSTING OF THE COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE DETACHED HOUSE IN VRBJE
Abstract:
A complete renovation of an old and worn-out house is a difficult and complex process that requires a lot of knowledge and experience. First, we must carefully examine the current state of the house, all the damage and defects, and find their causes. Only then we can start renovating, considering all the existing regulations. In the project work, the complete renovation of a detached house in Vrbje is presented. The renovation of the house will be carried out by different segments: protection against the ingress of damp, energy renovation, restoration of cracks and renovation of other elements. For the planned work, the unit price estimate of construction, crafts and installation works is made, from two different construction companies, including the descriptions of work activities and quantity take offs. The estimates of both construction companies are given and the average value of the complete renovation is calculated. With a help of Microsoft Project the time plan for a complete renovation is created.
