Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek sušenja koruze. Predstavljeni so osnovni pojmi o sušenju, načini in vrste sušenja. Bistvo naloge je obravnava sušilnice koruze podjetja Agrocorn d.o.o. iz Turnišča v Prekmurju, kjer je nazorno prikazan potek sušenja in drugi pomembni ključni elementi sušilnice. Diplomska naloga zajema analitični preračun procesnih parametrov sušilnice, kot so masni pretok vlažne in suhe koruze, količino potrebnega sušilnega zraka, vstopne in izstopne vlažnosti in še druge parametre. V nalogi so podani rezultati procesnih parametrov pri različnih okoliških obratovalnih pogojih sušilnice. Obratovalni pogoji sušilnice se spreminjajo glede na čas delovanja sušilnice preko celotnega dne in glede na mesec v koledarskem letu. Prikazan je vpliv vlažnosti zraka na izstopu iz sušilnice in povečane temperature le tega na vstopu v sušilnico na potrebno količino sušilnega zraka in porabljeno energijo.

Title:
Analysis of process parameters in corn drying system
Abstract:
The diploma work describes the process of corn drying. The work presents basics of drying and different kind of drying facilities. Main point of the work is to present the corn drying facility from the company Agrocorn d.o.o. from Turnišče in Prekmurje. Work, clearly shows the drying process and other key elements of the facility. The diploma work includes an analytic calculation of the process parameters, such as mass flow of wet and dry corn, the amount of air needed for drying, entry and outlet humidity and other parameters. The results of process parameters are according to different surrounding operation conditions of the facility changed. Operation conditions are changing according to the operation time during the entire day and according to the month in the year. Results shows the impact of air humidity at the outlet and increased drying air temperature at the entry of the drying chamber on the amount of air needed for drying and also corresponding energy consumption.
