Abstract:
Podjetje Kovinostrugarstvo Levstek Matija s.p. se po uspešni selitvi v moderne poslovne prostore in izboljšavi proizvodnega parka spopada s problemom realizacije naročil, zato je potrebno v poslovanje podjetja uvesti spremenjene organizacijske metode dela. Število zaposlenih se je povečalo za polovico, zato vodja – mojster - težko obvladuje celotni sistem. Dopolnitev obstoječega informacijskega sistema bi standardizirala proizvodno in zaposlenim omogočila dostop do potrebnih informacij za samostojno delo. Slaba realizacija naročil za podjetje pomeni nezadovoljstvo strank in mu dodeljuje oznako slabega partnerja oziroma partnerja, ki ni vreden zaupanja. Tako podjetje zapravlja težko dosežen ugled in možnost dobre reklame, ter na dolgi rok tvega izgubo stranke. Poleg slabega sodelovanja s strankami, neizpolnjevanje dobavnih rokov vzbudi slabo klimo med vodstvo in zaposlene v podjetju. Konstantni pritiski zmanjšujejo učinkovitost zaposlenih in posledično se zmanjša kakovost dela - storitev in izdelkov. V podjetju bi uvedba posodobljenega informacijskega sistema omogočila pregledno in urejeno proizvodnjo, s katero se bo napovedovalo proste kapacitete in zmanjšalo zamude dobavnih rokov, ter ohranjalo kvaliteto proizvedenih izdelkov. Doprinesla bi k produktivnosti, učinkovitosti in uspešnosti poslovnih procesov, zadovoljstvo kupca, vir informacij in podpore za odločanje. Podjetju bi se odprla možnost, da iz izpolnjevalca naročil postane podjetje, ki z lastnim izdelkom spreminja trg.

RENOVATION OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS AT KOVINOSTRUGARSTVO LEVSTEK MATIJA S.P.
Abstract:
After company Kovinostrugarstvo Levstek Matija successfully moved to a modern production facilities and improved manufacturing park, is now facing the problem of delays in delivery times. Therefore it is necessary to introduce a modified organizational methods. The number of employees has increased, so the leader - Master - difficultly manages the entire system. By supplementing the existing IT system, the production will standardize and employees will have access to the necessary information. Poor realization of orders for the company presents customer dissatisfaction and assigns tag off not trustworthy partner. Company is wasting reputation and the possibility of good advertising, as well as the long-term risk of losing customers. In addition to the lack of cooperation with customers, failure to comply delivery times cast a bad atmosphere between management and employees in the company. Constant pressures are diminishing the effectiveness of employees and reduce the quality of the products. Modernized information system gives transparent and standardized production, which will help predict spare capacity, reduce delays and maintain the quality of the manufactured products. It will contribute to the productivity, effectiveness of business processes, customer satisfaction and it will provide a good source of information and support for decision-making. The company would get the possibility to become, from a company which is fulfilling the orders to a company which is changing the market with new products.
