Abstract:
Vloga izvajalcev zdravstvene nege pri bolnikih z neinvazivno mehansko ventilacijo (NIMV)je izredno pomembna, saj morajo imeti ustrezna praktična in teoretična znanja, da bi zagotovili kakovostno in varno zdravstveno nego. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti zdravstveno nego bolnika na NIMV,opis in uporabo pripomočkov, ki jih potrebujemo za izvedbo NIMV, pomen nadzora bolnika, zapletov ki lahko nastanejo in ustrezno ter pravočasno ukrepanje ob nastanku le teh. Opisane so prednosti in slabosti neinvazivne mehanske ventilacije, kje vse jo uporabljamo, ter pri katerih bolnikih jo lahko izvajamo in pri katerih je kontraindicirana. Neinvazivna mehanska ventilacija je v zadnjih letih zelo napredovala saj so raziskave dokazale da je učinkovita varna predvsem pa ima dober vpliv na bolnike z akutno dihalno odpovedjo ali poslabšanjem kronične dihalne odpovedi. Postaja pa vse pomembnejša tudi iz ekonomskega vidika, saj se z neinvazivno ventilacijo izognemo intubaciji in z njo povezanim zapletom. Temu primerno se tudi hitreje izboljša stanje bolnika in skrajša bolnišnična oskrba.

Nursing care of the patient on noninvasive mechanical ventilation
Abstract:
The role of the persons performing medical care for the patients with noninvasive mechanical ventilation (NIMV) is extreemely important as they need to have relevant education, practical and theoretical experience in order to provide good quality and safe medical care. The purpose of this diploma paper is to present treating the NIMV patients to describe medical aids and their use in performing the treatment, the meaning of the supervision of such patients, the complications that may occur and the promp adequate measures taken when the problems do occur. Advantages and disadvantages for using the NIMV are described, where it is being used, with what patients it can be applied and with what patients this therapy may not be indicated. The NIMV treatement has been greately improved in the last decade. Different researches have proved that it is safe, with good influence on patients with accute respiratory failure or cronical respiratory failure. The NIMV treatement is also becoming more important from the economical point of view, with using NIMV we can avoid intubation and the complications connected with it. Consequently the patients condition improves faster and the hospitalisation can be shorter.
