Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava problem večprojektnega vodenja v velikem podjetju s kompleksno organizacijo ter evalvira učinke implementacije programske rešitve za projektno vodenje 4PM. Pregled organizacije podjetja kaže, da gre za projektno vodeno organizacijo s kompleksnim sestavom, v okviru katere projektne pisarne in projektne skupine hkrati izvajajo več projektov. Poleg tega se projektno delo nemalokrat prepleta z osnovnimi procesi organizavije. Z implementacijo programske rešitve 4PM podjetje uvede podporo za učinkovitejše komuniciranje med deležniki projektov, kar olajša načrtovanje, spremljanje in izvedbo projektov.

IMPLEMENTATION AND USE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE 4PM IN INSURANCE COMPANY
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the problem of multi-project management in a large company with complex organization and evaluates the effects of the implementation of the software solution for project management 4PM. The overview of the organization shows that it is a project organized organization with a complex assembly in which the project office and the project team undertake simultaneously conducting several projects. By implementing the software solution 4PM the company introduces support for more effective communication between project stakeholders in order to facilitate planning, monitoring and implementation of projects.
