V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno kako razvrstitev delovnih mest in organiziranost proizvodno delovnih procesov vplivata na lažje načrtovanje proizvodnje. Od razvrstitve delovnih mest je odvisna pretočnost proizvodnje oziroma pretočni čas izdelkov ali proizvodov.
